With this text, we aim to fulfill our obligation to inform you about the purposes of processing your personal data, legal basis and your rights arising from the "Personal Data Protection Law" No. 6698.

The Purpose of Processing and Transferring Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed by Çınar Environment Laboratory A.Ş for the purposes of ensuring security and order in our campus, managing access records, fulfilling our obligations arising from the legislation, within the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVK Law No. 6698.

Your processed personal data may be transferred to legally authorized persons and parties within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVK Law No. 6698.

Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected by Çınar Environment Laboratory A.Ş in accordance with our company principles and due to our legal responsibility as the data controller, based on our legitimate interests, establishment, protection and use of the right.

Your personal data collected in this process; It is collected by our institution with a closed-circuit monitoring system in the electronic environment, at the Çınar Çevre Laboratory A.Ş location, through your internet access or within the information you have verbally stated.

Your personal data collected through these methods can be processed and transferred within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVK Law.

Rights of Relevant Person whose Data is Collected and Processed

Your rights are defined in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law;

a) Learning whether their personal data is processed or not,

b) If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,

c) Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,

d) Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,

e) Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,

f) Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the law,

g) Requesting notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

h) Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

ı) In case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.

Application Methods within the Framework of the Rights of the Interested Person
