Providing and maintaining customer satisfaction is among the primary goals of our lab . In order to monitor the satisfaction of the customers, a customer satisfaction survey is sent with each report, or it is hand-delivered when the final report is received or sample is left. The customer is notified that the customer surveys received by fax, e-mail or mail have reached the laboratory. The Quality Manager informs the customers that the necessary studies have been carried out. Incoming responses are discussed at Management Review meetings.
